## 新收費模式取消「核心技術費」

喺 2025 年 4 月，歐盟委員會曾經就蘋果公司嘅「核心技術費」（Core Technology Fee）以及複雜嘅收費架構提出質疑，並認為有關做法未能符合法規。為咗解決呢個問題，蘋果公司重新制定商業模式。根據最新公佈嘅條款，蘋果公司全面取消核心技術費，改為按開發者同蘋果平台嘅互動方式，收取 5% 到 26% 唔等嘅佣金。

## Epic Games 強烈反對及後續發展

雖然歐盟委員會對新方案開綠燈，但並非所有開發商都接受。著名遊戲開發商 Epic Games 對此[表示強烈反對](https://x.com/EpicNewsroom/status/2089787577062559951?s=20)。佢哋認為，《數碼市場法案》明確規定，蘋果公司必須允許開發者「免費」提供前往外部網站嘅購買連結。Epic Games 堅持，任何針對 App Store 以外交易所收取嘅費用（即高於 0% 嘅抽成），都係刻意違反歐盟法規。
