生成式人工智能（AI）市場嘅用戶爭奪戰正式邁入新階段。科技巨頭 Google（Google）同埋 OpenAI（OpenAI）旗下嘅 AI 工具，近期先後宣佈用戶數量突破 10 億大關，反映出 AI 技術於全球普及速度極快。

## Google Gemini 月活用戶破 10 億 成為增長最快產品

Google 執行長 桑達爾·皮查伊（Sundar Pichai）於 8 月 12 日喺社群[平台 X 上宣佈](https://x.com/sundarpichai/status/2087222656819241292)，旗下 AI 服務 Gemini（Gemini）嘅月度活躍用戶數目已經達到 10 億。呢個係 Google 歷史上第 14 款用戶量突破 10 億嘅產品，亦係該公司有史以來增長速度最快嘅產品。

數據顯示，Gemini 喺 2026 年 2 月嘅月活用戶為 7.5 億，到 7 月底升至 9.5 億，並喺 8 月初正式跨過 10 億門檻。Gemini 負責人 喬許·伍德沃德（Josh Woodward）透露，其中有超過 1 億活躍用戶來自 iOS（iOS）系統，意味住其餘絕大部分用戶均來自 Android（Android）系統嘅預設整合優勢。

## OpenAI ChatGPT 保持領先 但增長步伐放緩

另一方面，OpenAI 於 8 月 6 日[發表嘅文章](https://openai.com/zh-Hant-HK/index/how-the-world-is-putting-chatgpt-to-work/)中亦提到，已有超過 10 億人將 ChatGPT（ChatGPT）應用於日常工作。OpenAI 發言人 琳賽·麥卡倫（Lindsay McCallum）隨後補充，ChatGPT 於 7 月份嘅每星期活躍用戶量已經達到 10 億。

不過，報導指出 ChatGPT 嘅增長速度出現放緩跡象。該平台喺 2026 年 2 月嘅週活用戶為 9 億，經歷 5 個月時間先增長至 10 億。相比起早期爆發式嘅增長，速度已明顯平緩。

## 市場競爭轉趨白熱化

隨著 Anthropic（Anthropic）旗下嘅 Claude（Claude）等其他對手崛起，AI 市場嘅競爭日趨激烈。過往由 ChatGPT 一家獨大嘅局面已經改變，Gemini 憑藉行動裝置系統嘅整合優勢快速追趕。隨著兩大平台雙雙跨過 10 億用戶門檻，市場焦點將會由單純嘅「用戶規模爭奪」，轉向如何提高用戶留存率以及探索長期商業化模式。
