## 資金分配及撥款細節

根據協議內容，今次撥款涉及擴大信貸設施（ECF）、擴大基金設施（EFF）以及恢復可持續性與韌性設施（RSF）嘅最終審查。如果獲董事會通過，資金將分為兩部分發放：

- 即時撥款：約 8,200 萬美元
- 氣候融資：最高約 1.07 億美元

若計入今次撥款，IMF 向巴布亞新幾內亞提供嘅總金額將達到約 11.9 億美元。

## 經濟預測與挑戰

IMF 預計巴布亞新幾內亞嘅經濟增長會有所放緩。由於液化天然氣（LNG）產量進入平台期，加上聖嬰現象（El Niño）影響農業同採礦業，以及中東局勢導致進口成本上升，實質國內生產總值（GDP）增長率預計會由 2025 年嘅 6.2% 跌至 2026 年嘅 3.1%。同時，整體通脹率預計會上升至 4.8%。

## 財政表現分析

巴布亞新幾內亞政府喺 2026 年 6 月底前，基本上達成咗絕大部分嘅量化表現標準同指標。雖然今年上半年未能達到財政赤字目標，但政府喺 9 月通過咗補充預算，目標係將 2026 年嘅赤字控制喺 16 億基那（Papua New Guinea kina，約 3.45 億美元）。
