經紀公司喺聲明中寫道：「據此可以確認，針對金秀賢嘅指控完全缺乏事實或客觀依據。呢件事已經唔再係一個真相未明、可以討論嘅議題，而係透過官方調查結果，證明咗呢啲指控係虛假嘅。」

> We would like to inform you of the following regarding the spread of false information about our artist, Kim Soohyun, and acts that damage his reputation and personal dignity.  
> ■ The investigation into allegations of violating the Child Welfare Act against Kim Soohyun ended with a decision of “No Charges”  
> Regarding the false claim that Kim Soohyun was in a relationship with the deceased when she was a minor, and the resulting allegations of violating the Child Welfare Act, the investigative authorities examined the relevant materials and facts. They determined that the allegations could not be substantiated and decided not to refer the case for prosecution, concluding that there were no charges.  
> Accordingly, it has been confirmed that the series of allegations made against Kim Soohyun have no factual or objective basis.  
> This matter is no longer at the stage of a dispute in which the facts remain unverified. The false information has been established through the official investigation results.  
> ■ Kim Seui of Garo Sero Research Institute, the original source of the false claims, has been indicted and detained  
> Kim Seui, the operator of Garo Sero Research Institute, who first made and continued to spread false claims about Kim Soohyun, was issued a court warrant for detention on suspicion of crimes including defamation through the dissemination of false information under the Act on Promotion of Information and Communications Network Utilization and Information Protection, etc. He has since been indicted and is currently being held in custody while awaiting trial.  
> In these circumstances, please understand clearly that continuing to quote Kim Seui’s claims or repost, share, or redistribute them as though they were facts constitutes an additional unlawful act. Such conduct supports the criminal actions of Kim Seui, who has been indicted and detained, and continues or increases the harm caused by his alleged crimes.  
> ■ Respreading false information after the facts have been established may result in harsher punishment  
> Even after the investigation results and the original source’s indictment and detention have been officially confirmed, creating false content or sharing, reposting, or redistributing related posts, videos, comments, and other materials constitutes an unlawful act of deliberately spreading and reproducing false information.  
> In particular, posting, sharing, reposting, or redistributing broadcast footage, thumbnails, photographs, screenshots, and other audiovisual materials used or released in Garo Sero Research Institute broadcasts, or reproducing and spreading them further by extracting, altering, or editing portions of them, may be regarded as maliciously inflicting further harm on the victim of a crime and deliberately increasing that harm.  
> Even if you post only the image without adding any text, include the source, or simply repost someone else’s content, you cannot avoid responsibility.  
> Depending on the intent, maliciousness, repetition, and reach of such conduct, it may be considered an aggravating factor in criminal sentencing and lead to more severe punishment. It may also be considered an unfavorable factor when determining the amount of civil damages.  
> We will make it clear to the investigative authorities and the courts that such conduct took place deliberately after the investigation results and Kim Seui’s indictment and detention had been confirmed, and that it was a malicious act intended to inflict further harm on the victim of a crime. We will take all necessary legal measures to ensure that those responsible face more severe punishment and accountability.

## 針對特定傳播者的警告

除咗一般聲明，Gold Medalist 特別提及咗一名 YouTuber Kim Se-eui，佢經營嘅頻道 HoverLab 係傳播呢啲指控嘅源頭。

經紀公司嚴正警告：「喺呢個情況下，請大家清楚明白，如果繼續引用Kim Se-eui嘅說法，或者將其內容當作事實咁轉載、分享或重新分發，就構成進一步嘅非法行為。呢啲行為係喺支持Kim Se-eui嘅刑事行為，而Kim Se-eui本身已經被起訴並被拘留。呢類行為只會令受害者受到的傷害持續或加劇。」
