蘋果收緊 App Store 審查指引：嚴打低質素、搬字過紙應用程式

蘋果公司（Apple）最近更新咗 App Store 嘅審查指引，針對市場上過度泛濫、缺乏原創性嘅「低質素」應用程式（App）實施更嚴格嘅規管。今次更新反映出官方維護平台質素嘅決心，對開發者同一般用戶都有直接影響。

針對飽和類別與低心機開發

根據最新修訂嘅第 4.3(b) 條指引，蘋果明確指出，如果開發者提交嘅 App 同市面上現有嘅產品無明顯分別，將會被拒絕上架。受影響嘅重災區包括交友、電筒、音效、牆紙、簡單計時器以及占卜等已經極度飽和嘅類別。蘋果表明，除非呢啲新 App 能夠提供截然不同或者顯著改良嘅體驗，否則一律唔會接受。

至於飲酒遊戲、放屁及打嗝聲效等 App，蘋果更加直接形容為「平庸、低質素或欠缺誠意」，認為對 App Store 毫無增值作用。如果開發者屢勸不改，重複提交呢類程式，甚至有機會被取消 Apple Developer Program 嘅資格。同時，即使係已經上架嘅 App，如果長期無更新、無改善，或者無法吸引用戶，未來亦有機會被蘋果清理及下架。

Don't submit apps that are indistinguishable from what's already widely available. Opportunistically creating variants of existing app categories or popular apps degrades App Store discovery, reduces overall app quality, and harms both users and developers. Certain kinds of apps, such as dating, flashlight, sound effects, wallpaper, simple timers, and fortune telling, are well established on the App Store and we will not accept new submissions unless they offer a meaningfully different or improved experience. We may remove these apps from the App Store going forward if they are not updated, improved, or do not attract customers. Other kinds of apps, such as drinking games, Kama Sutra, fart, and burp apps, are mediocre, low-quality, or low-effort and do not add value to the App Store. 收緊用戶生成內容及即時動態規管

除咗打擊垃圾 App，今次更新亦加強咗對「用戶生成內容」（UGC）嘅監管（第 1.2 條）。開發者必須承擔責任，主動移除違反指引嘅內容（例如色情資訊）。如果被發現違規，開發者需要提交有效嘅合規改善計畫，否則相關 App 將會被暫時下架。

It is your responsibility to remove content that violates this guideline, your terms of service, or your community standards. If we find such content, we will ask you to remove it, and provide a plan to improve your compliance with this guideline. Based on your response, your app may be removed from the App Store until you can demonstrate improvements that bring your app into compliance. Egregious or repeated behavior is grounds for immediate removal of your app from the App Store, and from the Apple Developer Program. - App Guideline 1.2

此外，官方亦喺第 4.5.3 條指引中加入新條款，明文禁止開發者利用 iOS 嘅「即時動態」（Live Activities）功能，向用戶發送垃圾訊息、網絡釣魚或未經請求嘅推播。
